Locally owned and operated, TruTEMPS has served El Paso employers since 2015. With three branch offices, we connect businesses and job seekers throughout El Paso and southern New Mexico.
We staff light industrial, warehouse and logistics, manufacturing, clerical and administrative positions. Businesses can work with us for temporary, temporary-to-hire or direct-hire staffing, or explore payroll and HR support through TruHR for employees they have already selected.
Every worker is interviewed by a local recruiter before placement. Drug screening and background checks are available based on client requirements and applicable law.
